Queensland Bus Travel Assistance Application Form (PDF)

This form is required to be completed to ensure your child receives the full subsidised travel on the QLD portion of the school run.

There is an online method, however if you live in NSW you will need to submit a hard copy form. You can also get a copy from the bus driver or from our office.

Transport for NSW

If you live in NSW you will also need to register your child for the travel subsidy for the NSW section of the school run. This needs to be completed online at the following link:
